Strawberry & Rose Cocktails
Ingredients
- 50ml Strawberry & Rose Gin
- 5ml Dry Vermouth
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Method
Shake the Strawberry & Rose Gin and ice cream with 1 big cube of ice (this will give it a bit of dilution). You will have to shake very hard from a while for it to turn into a liquid. Pour into a coupette glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 50ml Strawberry & Rose Gin
- 15ml Cointreau
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade
Method
Fill a glass with ice and add the Strawberry & Rose Gin and Cointreau. Top up with Fentimans Rose Lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wedge, mint sprig and black pepper.
Ingredients
- 50ml Strawberry & Rose Gin
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 5ml Grenadine
- 2 Dashes of balsamic vinegar
- 1 handful of basil
Method
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
