The perfect way to round off a long summer day with late night laughter and friends. Warner's Lemon Balm Gin, crammed with countryside flavour from farm-grown botanicals, pairs perfectly with a splash of peppermint tea. Finish with tonic (and dancing). Real gin has the countryside in.

Method

  1. Make Peppermint Tea
  2. 1 Tea Bag
  3. 400ml boiling water
  4. Leave to steep for 2 minutes
  5. Remove the tea bag and leave it to cool
  6. Fill a highball with fresh cubed​ ice
  7. Pour all the ingredients in​ and give a stir to mix

  • 35ml Chilled Peppermint Tea​
  • 100ml Tonic Water​
