Christmas Cake Hot Chocolate

This warming, sweet and boozy hot choc is to die for. It's easy to make and is deliciously creamy, which makes it a seriously good winter warmer.

Method

  1. Boil the kettle.
  2. Add the hot water, gin and chocolate powder to your mug and stir so it’s fully combined.
  3. Then, carefully layer double cream on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a tea spoon.
  4. Grate some dark chocolate over the top and you’re ready for a real Christmas treat.
