Recipe
Method
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients.
- If using egg white, strain into the bottom half of the shaker and dry shake (with no ice).
- Strain into a coupette glass.

- 50ml Warner's x Four Pillars Harrington Shiraz Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Egg white (optional)
