This one really accentuates the ripe and raw characteristics from the gin - an awesome autumn spritz

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice, then pop your Apple & Pear Gin, lemon juice, honey and Fino sherry into your shaker and shake with bravado for 20 seconds!
Pour into your glass, top with Aspall Cider and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a wedge of pear.
