Method
- Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker without ice for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake again
- Fine strain into your glass
- Garnish with a sprinkle cinnamon.

- 40ml Warner's Rhubarb Gin
- 15ml Fresh apple juice
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Chestnut liqueur
- 15ml Demerara sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
