Method

  1. Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker without ice for 10 seconds
  2. Add ice and shake again
  3. Fine strain into your glass
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle cinnamon.

  • 40ml Warner's Rhubarb Gin
  • 15ml Fresh apple juice
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Chestnut liqueur
  • 15ml Demerara sugar syrup 
  • 1 egg white (optional)
